The activities are divided into permanent and temporary groups.
In the lower part of Parabolica, where older buildings and offices exist, activities will be permanent and will mainly be related to cars and car races.  Changes to this section will include renovating buildings and changing some of the activities. 
Whereas in the upper part that is currently vacant without any specific activity, activities will be temporary and customizable depending on the occasion and also the pavilions and structures will be changeable and expandable.
